Class Schedule

Boot Camp sessions are held on a month-to-month basis, four weeks long.

Boot Camp trainees meet bright and early every morning at 6am at your trainer's location of choice.

Boot Camp with Nisa Counter

  • April: March 31 - April 25
  • May: May 5 - May 30
  • June: June 2 - June 27
  • July: June 30 - July 25
  • August: July 28 - August 22
  • September: Sept 1 - Sept 26

NEW! Boot Camp for Men with Ben Ramsey

  • Orientation on first Sunday of the month, then Mondays through Fridays
  • June 1 - June 27
  • June 29 - July 25
  • July 27 - August 22
  • Aug 31 - Sept 26 (incl. Labor day)
