A specialist in Oriental Medicine to ensure your retreat is optimally balanced. Your retreat will include a private consultation and treatment, and features nutritional advice, relaxation techniques, and coordination with our other therapists.

Founder of Om Body, a Vineyard-based yoga therapy practice, El's philosophy of "yoga for everyone" will be applied with attention to each individual's needs. Her classes reflect her accomplished experience in Manhattan as a teacher of many different styles of yoga, sure to bring you back to your center.
Dana Laven, Licensed Massage Therapist
over 20 years experience working all over the world. Currently, Dana bases out of NYC where she practices a unique blend of several modalities of massage and healing including: deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage therapy, and aromatherapy. Dana has long known the value of massage as an integral part of the detoxification process. She works closely with various detox protocols in assisting with muscle stimulation crucial in a thorough tissue and cellular cleansing.
