There are no quick fixes or magic potions that will give us the results we are looking for. We weren’t properly taught how to take care of and respect our bodies and as a result we continue to live a pretty self-indulgent lifestyle until something doesn’t work right or breaks down. The we usually want a quick fix or painless solution to remedy the immediate problem with the least amount of change or effort.
There are universally recognized principles in regard to good health which we have ignored. Basically, clean out the trash, don’t keep putting trash back in, get the body working, fuel it with good energy-producing goods and keep it moving. There is also a mind, body and spirit connection and all three must be addressed for real and lasting health to occur. What we put into our body is the material that either builds or destroys it. Taking vitamins or supplements, most of which the body can’t absorb, following the latest diet or quickie cleanse while continuing poor eating habits is of no help at all. What we all need is a lifestyle change, to change the way we think about food, to change the things we eat and why, and to change the way we treat our bodies and ourselves.
Changing and replacing bad habits with good habits doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, a slow and steady process that leads to long lasting results. Just having the information without putting it to use will not give us what we’re looking for. Having a good coach to help and support you along the way is essential to achieving your goals. This program has been designed to help you put these healthy principles into practice, and to be there every step of the way with encouragement, wisdom and the experience of someone who has been through it and lives it, daily.
