Miss Fit's Boot Camp

AT 6am Mon-Fri. This groups meets bright and early five days a week at 6am. Rain or Shine, no gym membership necessary. This group will travel far and wide getting in shape, losing weight and gaining confidence. Basically, getting fit is great for everyone, and we'll show you how. 2011 schedule below: WEEKLY and Up-Island PROGRAMS AVAILABLE JULY AND AUGUST!!!

Women's Option 1

Boot Camp every morning at 6am-7am or 7am-8am (5 days Mon- Fri), 4 weeks.You will need to get:
  • a stability ball
  • 2 sets of hand held weights
  • mat
  • water bottle

Boot Camp every morning at 6am-7am, (5 days Mon- Fri), 4 weeks. Cleanse package includes:
