AT 6am Mon-Fri. This groups meets bright and early five days a week at 6am. Rain or Shine, no gym membership necessary. This group will travel far and wide getting in shape, losing weight and gaining confidence. There are now Missfit's Boot Camps available at 6am and 7am and Men's Basic Training at 6am.

Ben has worked with amazing trainers all around the world as a collegiate football player and club rugby star. He stresses flexibility, safety and fun, while developing strength, endurance and over-all well-being. Every session will provide different situations and challenges for people of all fitness levels and ambitions.
