Boot Camp sessions are held on a month-to-month basis, four weeks long.
Boot Camp trainees meet bright and early every morning at 6am at your trainer's location of choice.

Ben is not locally grown here on the Vineyard, but considers himself to have been locally matured. A summer resident for many years, he has made the Island his year round home. A graduate of Trinity College where he studied Sports Medicine and Therapy, Ben credits his nutritionist mother for first sparking his interest in living Healthy and feeling Well. He has been lucky enough to train under top coaches the world wide, as a high-school decathlete, collegiate football player, and professional rugby player. He now wants to share his dynamic vision for wellness with you!
Mission Statement:
Not a morning person by trade, his motto for this summer is "Get up, Work hard, and Feel Great!" So if you don’t like getting up, but want to look and feel better, than join Ben and the other Boot campers for a team oriented, sunrise ass-kicking, sans the yelling or piercing whistle. We will stress flexibility, safety and fun, while developing strength, endurance and over-all well-being. Every morning will provide different situations and challenges for people of all fitness levels and ambitions. Ben will keep you on your toes, keep your heart rate up, and provide the necessary tools to reach your personal goals. Everyone is different, but if we all work together we can inspire change that will last a lifetime.
